>> the cause of this ferris wheel fire at a german music festival is still under investigation. the flames began in one carriage, then spread to a second. saturday night, more than 20 people were injured. the car that caught fire was empty. >> reports of metal wires and packages of chicken nuggets has prompted a recall by purdue. it's pulling more than 167,000 pounds of frozen nuggets and tenders out of the market. purdue says thin strands of metal wire accidentally made their way into some packages. there haven't been any reports of any injuries yet. >> a michigan man is being held without bail, accused of trying to kidnap two girls on the same day. abc's alison kosik has the details, people, versus andy balogh. >> this morning, a 23 year old is charged in the attempted kidnaping of two girls in separate incidents outside detroit in broad daylight. both attempts were thwarted by good samaritans. >> i have a lot of anger and

aggravation and rage. >> alicia swokowski was at a park with her son and seven year old niece on tuesday when police say andy balogh pulled up in a car and approached her niece. >> he went out of his car, back around, grabbed her and then tried to get into the passenger seat and we just met right through the mid car's window. >> he had one hand on her and one hand trying to get the wheel. i had one hand on the wheel, trying to get his hand off of her. >> that's when bystanders scott van leuven saw what was happening. >> i literally pulled him out of the car and just held him against his car until police got here. >> and just an hour before police say the same suspect tried to kidnap a 15 year old girl just a few miles away. >> he asked if he could drive me home twice, and i refused both times. and i started walking off. >> the suspect grabbing her by the wrist. paul billeter was
